The Coater Production Coordinator is responsible for employee and shift development, optimization of scheduling practices, ordering of supplies, training program for the Coater, and also serves as a backup to the Department Manager when necessary.
Material Handler/Pick Pack person is primarily responsible for the effective operation of the logistics system. Duties will include all material handling responsibilities internal to the facility (moving raw material to the machines, removing finished materials for shipping, etc.) This person may rotate through Warehouse B, Warehouse C, Pick Pack, and EPP on a daily basis.
To prepare and assist in the preparation of pricing, bids and other cost related information for the marketing group, assist in the product management of assigned product lines and aide in other projects assigned by the Marketing Manager, and/or, Marketing Director.
Conducts daily purchasing, pricing and business analytics activities for assigned categories, which may include raw material and/or finished goods (FNG). Primary responsibilities are the execution of purchasing activity, inventory planning, supplier management and pricing management to meet service, quality, productivity, revenue and profitability goals.
Perform a variety of activities involved in the processing and packaging of pressure sensitive labels, MACmark products, and other materials according to established procedures and customer requirements. Read and follow instructions on shop orders. Operate all machinery and equipment required to process and package quality products that meet published standards. Operate all material handling equipment necessary to facilitate the process (for example, fork trucks and hand trucks).
Provide tactical leadership and strategic direction to the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems of Mactac. The incumbent will oversee the development, testing general and integration of key system components and provide clear direction to the development teams and analysts of the systems. They will work in concert with the Director of Infrastructure and Operations to provide a stable and efficient IT application platform. In addition to maintenance oversight of the legacy systems, they will also participate in the evaluation and eventual implementation of new systems and platforms.
More focused on execution of less complex sales cycles and customer complexity. Typical customers would be mid-sized to large distribution accounts, purchasing mainly wide format digital and commercial offset products. A rep who is proficient in sales to this customer base will have a good working knowledge of the sign and graphics industry, the commercial print industry, and wide format and offset products. They will also be adept at matching our products to application requirements at their customer base. They still require management oversight for more complex application requirements, and price negotiations.
Directs and coordinates the activities of the distribution warehouse to ensure cost-effective operation. Warehouse management responsibilities include the management of inventory, facility and equipment maintenance and services, administration of company policies and procedures, and supervision of all production and warehouse personnel. Plans manufacturing, material handling and facility equipment layout, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities.
Responsible for maintaining mechanical drives, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, electrical component and control systems, chemical and steam piping and boiler systems during their shift throughout the plant in accordance with (NEC), local building codes and standard practices of the electrical trade. Must also be proficient at troubleshooting the above systems and be able to demonstrate the proper leadership attributes when working without another technician on shift.
